In thermal power plants, truck bulk loaders are primarily used for loading trucks and ships below dry dust collectors, ash hoppers, or ash and slag storage facilities. Truck Loading System Technical Parameters
1. Truck Loading System loading head extension and retraction distance 1600, extension and lowering speed 8m/min;
2. Winch hoisting speed 8m/min, power 0.5KWJ, voltage 380V;
3. Pressure controller technical parameters for the material level indicator mechanism: operating pressure 250-5000Pa, rated voltage 220V, rated current 3A, applicable medium: clean gas, pressure 0.01MPa; fan technical parameters: voltage 220V, power 350V;
4. When the Truck Loading System floor slab is thin, the ground angle bolt holes should be drilled directly as shown. Bolts GB5780-86 M12 x 1L = 40 + floor slab thickness;
5. Dust collector provided by the customer, dust collection air volume 40m³/min.
6. The Truck Loading System electrical control box will be negotiated separately when ordering.
Truck Loading System Operation Sequence
After the truck is positioned, the semi-automatic control mechanism moves the bulk head downward. When the bulk head secures against the upper portion of the truck's ash inlet, the automatic control mechanism activates, automatically turning on the fan and then the upper feeder, beginning to release material into the truck. When the tank is full, the level meter senses this and sends a signal. The corresponding electronic and pneumatic control systems automatically close the upper feeder, delaying for a period of time (generally 4-6 seconds), then automatically shut off the dust extraction fan. The bulk head then automatically raises, completing the unloading process.
The truck loading system's feeder and dust extraction fan are interlocked during loading and unloading. That is, while the former is in operation, the latter cannot be opened or closed. To disrupt this sequence, the interlocking control of the truck bulk loader must be disengaged.
