    ● Acidification kilns can be designed in various configurations to meet customer needs and operating requirements.
    ● The cylinder design of the lithium concentrate acidification cooling kiln fully considers the rotation angle of the cylinder's deflection support, extending the life of the refractory bricks and castings.
    ● The lithium concentrate acidification cooling kiln utilizes large-diameter, low-aspect-ratio roller bearings for improved reliability. The bearings are self-aligning.
    ● A spring-laminated flexible seal with a double-layer spring seal provides an additional insulation layer, helping to improve the reliability and service life of the lithium concentrate acidification cooling kiln.

    Operating Principle
    Depending on the material properties, two cooling methods can be used: shell-and-tube coolers and water bath coolers. The water bath type can be further divided into two types: sleeve-type water baths and open-type coolers. Our company can provide customized production based on specific operating conditions and technical requirements.
