READ MOREThe screenless grinder is an organic fertilizer pulverizing device used in organic fertilizer production lines. It primarily utilizes a dual-rotor hammer-type fine crushing mechanism, solving the problem of pulverizing high-moisture materials through bipolar crushing. It is primarily used to crush livestock and poultry manure, such as chicken, cow, and sheep manure, as well as raw materials such as humic acid, municipal solid waste compost, peat moss, rural straw waste, and industrial organic waste, prior to organic fertilizer production and processing. It is highly effective for bio-fermentation and pulverizing high-moisture materials.
The screenless grinder consists of two sets of rotors in series, driven by dual motors, rotating synchronously at high speed. Upon entering the crushing chamber, the material is first crushed by the upper rotor, followed by a secondary crushing by the lower rotor. The material is then directly discharged through the discharge port, achieving a "hammer-to-crush, material-to-crush" effect through mutual impact. The entire machine can be easily operated by one person and is both efficient and easy to maintain.
