The horizontal mixer can be divided into three parts:
1. Frame part: The working body of the machine is installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steels, and has passed strict product certification and specific process requirements, and has achieved the purpose of this machine;
2. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to rotate the main shaft. The transmission reducer and the main working part use nylon pins (or sprockets) as transmission connectors to transmit drive, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance;
3. Mixing and stirring working part: The transmission is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission wheel through the pin coupling (or sprocket). The other spiral stirring blades welded to the main shaft rotate synchronously, turning the material evenly in the mixing chamber, so that the material can be fully mixed, thereby reducing the amount of residual material. After a period of mixing, the material flows out from the special discharge port at the bottom of the machine body.
