  • Twin-shaft mixers utilize two symmetrical, synchronously rotating shafts to churn, circulate, and mix the materials within the mixer. The spiral action of the blades propels the materials from the inlet to the outlet. A spray system can apply water mist to the materials as needed, achieving dry-dry or dry-wet mixing. This equipment is ideal for humidifying and mixing raw materials in the fertilizer industry, ensuring uniform mixing of dry and powdered materials without the buildup of dust or water droplets.

    The twin-shaft mixer primarily consists of the following components:

    1. Main motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer (transmission mechanism);

    2. Meshing transmission gears;

    3. Front and rear thrust bearing assemblies;

    4. Active and passive spiral agitator shafts;

    5. Tank;

    6. Humidifier;

    7. Inlet and outlet ports;

    8. Base frame.

    This equipment features top feed and bottom discharge, a rational structure, tight sealing between all joints, and stable operation.
