    The SJ Series twin-shaft mixer utilizes a pair of synchronously rotating helical shafts with stirring blades to simultaneously humidify and agitate powdered materials.     Operating Principle
    The ZJ Series twin-shaft mixer operates on the principle that a transmission mechanism drives two shafts equipped with mixing blades to rotate synchronously. When material enters the machine trough through the feed port, a water sprayer immediately applies water, converting the dry material into a wet state. Simultaneously, the wet material is humidified and continuously stirred and mixed by the spiral mixing blades, moving toward the discharge port, where qualified material is discharged.
