READ MOREA twin-shaft mixer utilizes a pair of synchronously rotating helical shafts with stirring blades to simultaneously convey powdered materials, humidify them, and agitate them. It can be used to mix and crush clay materials in the ceramsite industry; and evenly mix raw materials such as fly ash with aggregates and additives.
Applications
Used for humidifying, mixing, and conveying solid particulate materials or powders such as clay, sludge, fly ash, and gangue in the ceramsite industry.
Product Introduction
The SJ Series twin-shaft mixer utilizes a pair of synchronously rotating helical shafts with stirring blades to simultaneously humidify and agitate powdered materials. This type of equipment offers high mixing efficiency, compact structure, stable operation, and is clean and environmentally friendly.
Key Advantages
● The entire mixing and conveying process takes place in a sealed space, eliminating dust leakage and ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly environment.
● Integrating mixing, humidification, and conveying, it delivers excellent mixing uniformity, high production efficiency, and high capacity.
● The mixing blades are made of wear-resistant material and undergo a special surface treatment for high wear resistance.
● The overall structure is compact, taking up minimal space, with smooth transmission, high reliability, and low noise.
Operating Principle
The ZJ Series twin-shaft mixer operates on the principle that a transmission mechanism drives two shafts equipped with mixing blades to rotate synchronously. When material enters the machine trough through the feed port, a water sprayer immediately applies water, converting the dry material into a wet state. Simultaneously, the wet material is humidified and continuously stirred and mixed by the spiral mixing blades, moving toward the discharge port, where qualified material is discharged.
