  • The TJDW series horizontal electrostatic precipitator is a new product developed by our company by integrating advanced domestic and international technologies and summarizing domestic equipment operating experience. It features low resistance, uniform air distribution, stable operation, and high dust removal efficiency. It is widely used in industrial waste gas purification and useful material recovery in power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, and light industry.

    Features

    1. Fully computer-controlled design ensures accurate and reliable design.

    2. The housing adopts a frame-type structure, offering high strength and excellent stability, and can be designed to meet different pressure and temperature requirements.

    3. The air inlet and outlet configurations can be designed in a variety of ways to suit the process layout and flue gas characteristics, allowing for flexible and adaptable process layouts. 4. A flow-blocking and flow-guiding airflow distribution device ensures uniform airflow and eliminates dust blockage.

    5. The precipitation electrode utilizes 480C plates, and the discharge electrode utilizes a new RS tubular barbed wire. The electrodes are optimally matched, ensuring uniform discharge and excellent performance.

    6. The discharge electrode is properly connected to the frame, preventing any dropped or broken wires.

    7. The side-mounted oscillating hammer-type vibration system delivers uniform and effective vibration force, making dust removal easy.
