READ MOREOur TD belt conveyors feature conveyor belt widths ranging from 500mm to 1000mm, divided into four models. With conveying angles of 0-20° and conveying distances of 2-240m, they can meet the conveying needs of a variety of materials with varying capacities ranging from 40 to 1233 tons/hour.
Applications
Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, transportation, electricity, building materials, chemicals, and machinery.
Product Introduction
The TD75 belt conveyor features high conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, and strong versatility. Its operating environment generally operates between -25°C and 40°C, with material temperatures generally not exceeding 50°C. Using heat-resistant rubber belts allows for conveying high-temperature materials below 120°C. When conveying materials containing acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents, oil- and acid- and alkali-resistant rubber or plastic belts are required.
Outstanding Advantages
● High conveying capacity, long conveying distances, reliable operation, and ease of automation and centralized control.
● Relatively simple structure, easy maintenance, and highly interchangeable and versatile main components.
● Smooth and reliable conveying, with no relative motion between the material and the conveyor belt, preventing damage to the conveyed material.
● Customizable equipment with specific requirements for heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance, tailored to different conveying processes and working environments.
Operating Principle
The TD75 belt conveyor's traction and load-bearing components are an endless rubber conveyor belt. The belt wraps around drive rollers and bend pulleys at each end of the conveyor frame, forming a closed loop. When the transmission mechanism rotates the drive rollers, the friction between the drive rollers and the belt drives the belt. Material is added to the belt through the guide chute and then transported to the discharge device at the head of the conveyor, where it is discharged through the discharge port.
