FU Chain Conveyor

The FU-type chain conveyor is a new product designed for conveying powdered, granular, and small bulk materials horizontally (or at an inclination of ≤15°). It is technologically advanced in China. This product features a rational design, novel structure, and long service life. Its performance significantly outperforms screw conveyors, scraper conveyors, and other types of conveying equipment, making it an ideal new type of conveying equipment. It has been well-received by customers and is widely used in the building materials, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power generation, grain and oil processing, machinery, transportation, ports, and shipping industries.

  • The FU-type chain conveyor utilizes the internal friction and lateral pressure of bulk materials to maintain a stable state between material layers, creating a continuous overall flow under the action of the conveyor chain. The FU scraper conveyor primarily consists of a head section, middle section, optional section, tail section, conveyor chain, inlet and outlet ports, and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is available in left-hand or right-hand configurations, and the drive mechanism model is selected based on the conveying capacity and conveying length. The inlet and outlet ports are available in three configurations: top inlet, side inlet, and side inlet. The discharge port can be located at the head, bottom, or side, for user selection.

    1. The FU scraper conveyor is a new mechanical product designed for horizontal conveying of powders and granular materials (or at an inclination angle of ≤15°), and is technologically advanced in China.
