Highlights
● The ball mill has strong adaptability to fluctuations in material physical properties (such as particle size, moisture content, and hardness).
● Low metal consumption per unit product, compact structure, stable operation, and easy operation and maintenance.
● The liner is cast from high-quality wear-resistant material, offering high wear resistance and long service life. High production capacity and a high crushing ratio adapt to various operating conditions.
● The product produces fine and uniform particle size, with easy adjustment of particle size distribution and a high product yield. Excellent sealing, low dust pollution, high grinding efficiency, and low energy consumption.
Operating Principle
The material enters the cylinder through the feed and inlet sections. The grinding media (steel balls/ceramic balls) in the cylinder rotate with the material, generating centrifugal force. When the media is lifted to a certain height, it falls due to gravity. The impact and abrasion of the grinding media on the material pulverizes it. The pulverized material is then discharged through the discharge port, driven by the feed and flushing water, completing the grinding process. The ball mill consists of a feed section, a discharge section, a rotating section, and a transmission section (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electronic control). The hollow shaft is cast steel with a removable inner lining. The large rotating gear is hobbed from a casting. The cylinder is lined with wear-resistant lining for excellent wear resistance. This machine operates smoothly and reliably.
