It utilizes the principle of heat exchange between the weight of the material descending and the rising hot gases to burn lime.     A lime shaft kiln, as the name suggests, is a vertical kiln used for burning lime. Because it utilizes modern technology, it can fully utilize inexpensive energy, particularly gases that were previously polluting (such as converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace exhaust) as its primary energy source, transforming waste into valuable resources.

    ● High kiln operation flexibility: The kiln can be adjusted from 60% to 100% to maintain stable production.
    ● Suitable for solid fuels such as coke and anthracite.
    ● Low heat consumption and efficient use of heat energy: preheated secondary high-temperature air directly participates in combustion after cooling the lime.
    ● The vertical kiln utilizes a slight negative pressure (at the kiln roof) to ensure uniform airflow distribution within the kiln, facilitating lime calcination.
