It utilizes the high-speed mechanical agitation force and the resulting air dynamics to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize, and densify the material within the granulator chamber. The material is evenly fed into the granulator chamber by a feeder, where it is agitated and pre-pressed by the agitator to form granules. It can granulate a variety of organic fertilizers, including raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, composted manure, green manure, sea manure, cake fertilizer, peat, and other organic fermented fertilizers from municipal waste. It is suitable for light, fine powder materials such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, charcoal, clay, and kaolin.
The agitator granulator's housing is constructed of thickened seamless steel pipe, making it durable, non-deformable, and stable in operation. During operation, material enters the machine through a feed port at one end. The granulating rotor continuously pushes the material, creating granules through mechanical motion with the housing. The finished granules are then ejected from the other end.
