Product Introduction
Our Pan pelletizers are available in two types: the non-powered scraper Pan pelletizer (PQW) and the powered scraper disc pelletizer (PQ). Both types feature simple structure, easy operation, easily controlled moisture content, and high pellet strength. The Pan features a monolithic structure with a base reinforced with multiple radial steel plates for durability. The reducer and motor utilize a flexible belt drive, ensuring smooth startup, reducing impact force, and extending equipment life.

Operating Principle
Raw material powder is formed into uniformly sized ball cores and then fed into the ball Pan. Once inside, the ball cores are subjected to centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, causing them to move along a parabolic trajectory. The continuous rolling process pushes moisture out of the ball surface. Due to the cohesiveness and plasticity of the material, the ball cores bond with the raw material powder during this movement, gradually growing in size. The cohesiveness of the material and the natural evaporation of the surface liquid film give the ball a certain strength. When the parameters of the ball forming disk, such as the inclination angle, disk edge height, rotation speed and moisture content, are constant, balls of different particle sizes will leave the disk edge at different separation angles and roll downwards due to different gravity, and then be discharged from the disk edge as the inclined disk rotates.
