TH Bucket Elevator

Our TH-type bucket elevator is a chain-type bucket elevator available in four models, with either a deep or shallow bucket configuration. It can convey materials from 0.65 to 47.2 m³ per hour and has a lifting height of 4.52 to 30.32 m. It is suitable for lifting materials with a particle size of 50 mm or less, meeting the production needs of most enterprises.

    Product Introduction

    The TH-type bucket elevator is a chain-type bucket elevator designed for continuous vertical lifting of bulk materials. It is primarily used for lifting non-abrasive or less abrasive bulk and broken materials. The material temperature is generally below 250°C. It features high lifting capacity, stable operation, a small footprint, high lifting height, and easy operation and maintenance.

    Operating Principle
    The TH-type bucket elevator uses a circular chain as the traction element. The bucket is mounted on the chain at regular intervals. The chain passes over the drive sprockets at the head and bottom of the elevator, forming a closed loop system with an ascending loaded branch and a descending unloaded branch. A transmission device at the head of the elevator transmits power to the chain via the head sprocket. When material is added through the elevator's bottom feed port, the bucket, moving with the chain, scoops material from the bottom of the elevator and is then lifted to the head discharge port. Gravity and centrifugal force combine to discharge the material from the discharge port.
