READ MOREThe TH Bucket Elevator is a chain bucket elevator that continuously lifts bulk materials vertically. It is primarily used for lifting various non-abrasive or less abrasive bulk materials and broken materials. The material temperature of this elevator is generally below 250°C. It features high lifting capacity, stable operation, a small footprint, high lifting height, and easy operation and maintenance.
Highlights
● Compact overall structure, small dimensions, and minimal space required.
● The central casing is constructed entirely of welded bent components, resulting in high overall rigidity and reliability.
● The drive sprocket is a one-piece structure with a reinforced surface treatment, ensuring easy installation, high strength, and wear resistance.
● Seals are installed between each section and at the maintenance door to prevent dust leakage, ensuring environmentally friendly production.
Operating Principle
The TH Bucket Elevator uses a circular chain as the traction member. The bucket is mounted on the chain at regular intervals. The chain passes over the drive sprockets at the head and bottom of the elevator, forming a closed loop system with an ascending loaded branch and a descending unloaded branch. The transmission device arranged at the head of the elevator transmits power to the chain through the head sprocket; when the material is added from the feed port at the bottom of the elevator, the hopper moving with the chain scoops out the material at the bottom of the elevator and is lifted to the head discharge port, where the material is discharged under the dual action of gravity and centrifugal force.
