READ MOREThe company's THS three-drum dryer improves upon the internal structure of the original single-drum dryer by pre-drying the wet material before entering the dryer and extending the drying time within the dryer. Combined with sealing, moisture retention, and appropriate supporting measures, the dryer's production capacity is increased by 50-80% compared to the original single-drum dryer. The evaporation rate per unit volume can reach 120-180 kg/m³, while the standard coal consumption is only 6-8 kg/t. Its advanced technology, optimized operating parameters, and simple operation make it suitable for drying slag, clay, coal, iron powder, mineral powder, and other mixed materials in a wide range of industries, as well as for dry-mix mortar and sand in the construction industry, and for raw materials in the chemical and foundry industries. Working Principle of the THS Three-Drum Dryer:
Material enters the inner drum through a feeding device for downstream drying. Material is continuously scooped and scattered beneath the inner drum's lifting plates, creating a spiral pattern for heat exchange. The material then moves to the other end of the inner drum and enters the middle drum for countercurrent drying. Within the middle drum, the material is repeatedly lifted and fed, taking two steps forward and one step back. This allows the material to absorb both heat from the inner drum and the middle drum, extending the drying time and ultimately reaching a dry state. The material reaches the other end of the middle drum and falls into the outer drum, where it travels in a rectangular, multi-circuit pattern. Dry material is rapidly discharged from the drum by the hot air. Wet material that is not fully dried is held back by its own weight and fully dried within the rectangular lifting plates, achieving complete drying.
