READ MOREOur ZSW series vibrating feeders are available in four sizes, depending on the trough dimensions. The width and length of the trough range from 0.38 x 0.95m to 0.6m x 1.3m. They can feed materials up to 700mm in size. Equipped with main motors ranging from 11kW to 22kW, they can feed 96-560 tons per hour, meeting a wide range of production needs.
Applications
Product Introduction: The ZSW series vibrating feeder is primarily used for continuous and uniform feeding before the primary crusher, while also screening fine materials, thereby increasing crusher capacity. Its linear motion trajectory and specially designed vibration-balanced bars prevent clogging, and the bar gap is adjustable.
Key Advantages
● Designed to generate excitation force through eccentric shaft vibration, it's primarily used for feeding materials before primary crushing.
● Smooth vibration ensures continuous and uniform feeding, preventing machine freezes and extending equipment life.
● Pre-screening of fine materials while feeding improves crushing efficiency.
● An optional variable-speed motor controls feed rate, eliminating the need for frequent motor restarts.
Operating Principle
The ZSW series vibrating feeder primarily consists of a vibrating frame, springs, a vibrator, a motor frame, and a motor. The vibrator consists of two eccentric shafts positioned in specific positions, meshed with gears. During assembly, the gears must mesh as indicated. Driven by a motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate, generating a powerful linear excitation force that forces the feeder to vibrate against the supporting springs. This vibration, in turn, propels the material through the trough, causing it to slide and throw, thus moving it forward and achieving feeding efficiency. As the material passes through the screen bars on the trough, smaller particles fall through the gaps, bypassing the next crushing stage.
