Vibrating Screen

A vibrating screen uses a vibrating motor as a vibration source. Material enters the screen's inlet evenly from the feeder, where it is thrown onto the screen and simultaneously moves forward in a linear motion. The material passes through multiple layers of screens, producing oversize and undersize materials of varying sizes, which are then discharged from separate outlets. This device offers low energy consumption, high output, a simple structure, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for production line operations. Vibrating screens can easily screen and grade powdered and granular materials. They are widely used in production operations in the fertilizer, abrasive, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, grain, and carbon industries.
