Our YK series vibrating screens are available in nine sizes, from YK1224 to YK3060. Each size is available with one, two, three, or four layers, for a total of 33 models. They feature screen areas ranging from 2.88 to 18 m², motor power ranging from 5.5 to 45 kW, double amplitude vibrations with an amplitude of 6 to 8 mm and a frequency of 970 vibrations per minute. They can screen materials at rates ranging from 20 to 900 tons per hour.

Product Introduction
Primarily used for dewatering, de-mediating, and desludging clean coal, middling coal, and gangue in coal preparation plants. They are also used for wet or dry classification of fine-grained minerals after crushing and grinding in mineral processing plants. Operating Principle
The YK circular vibrating screen is a screening device with a single-mass forced vibration system consisting of a screen box, a vibrator, and other excitation components, along with rubber springs. An electric motor drives the vibrator through a tire coupling, causing the vibrator's eccentric block to rapidly rotate and generate an excitation force. This causes the screen box to vibrate continuously, and the material is continuously projected along the inclined screen surface. The material is separated into layers when projected, and particles fall through the screen as they contact the screen surface, completing the classification process in a repetitive cycle.
