They are commonly used in organic and compound fertilizer production. Their operating principle is to separate materials from fine to coarse into 1-4 sections, depending on the grading requirements. The separation of finished products and return materials is controlled by particle size, resulting in high sorting accuracy and efficiency. They are also highly adaptable to materials, capable of screening materials with varying properties, such as viscosity, humidity, dirt, and impurities. They can be fed in a variety of ways, with both manual and mechanical transmission, enabling large-scale production. The center screen is available in nylon, stainless steel, or manganese steel, depending on the material. The meshes are resistant to clogging, resulting in high screening efficiency and a long service life. The rotary screen operates at a low speed, is stable, and is quiet. The screening cylinder is sealable and easy to seal.
