Hammer-Roller Crusher

Hammer roller crushers are used for crushing materials in the chemical, light industry, building materials, and metallurgical industries. They feature high efficiency, high crushing capacity, a compact structure, hydraulic automatic cleaning, continuous operation, energy savings, easy-to-replace parts, and a long service life. They are also used to crush large lumps and particles of phosphorus and nitrogen, compound fertilizers, and urea in phosphate fertilizer production plants. The machine has two horizontally arranged main shafts, one with several heavy hammers attached and the other with a roller. The two main shafts rotate relative to each other, crushing incoming particles by the high-speed rotating hammers and impacting the slower-rotating roller surface before being discharged from the machine's discharge port.
