    Cyclone dust collectors, also known as centrifugal dust collectors, are primarily used to remove dense, non-fibrous, and non-adhesive dust from industrial waste gas. They can be used in ventilation, dust removal, and material recovery systems in industries such as mining, metallurgy, refractory materials, coal, chemical industry, and power generation. They are particularly suitable for the initial purification of high-temperature flue gas.

    Key Advantages
    ● Suitable for removing dense dust with a particle size greater than 5μm, but not suitable for removing highly cohesive dust.
    ● Contains moving parts, making management and maintenance easy.
    ● Compact size, simple structure, and low price for handling the same air volume.
    ● Multiple units can be easily connected in parallel for handling large air volumes without compromising efficiency or resistance.

    Operating Principle
    The XFCC series cyclone dust collector operates on the principle that dust-laden gas enters the air inlet and moves in a spiral pattern through the inner and outer cylinders. Once in the inner cylinder, the circular motion of the dust-laden gas generates centrifugal force, which separates dust particles from the airflow and traps them on the wall. Gravity then causes the dust particles to fall into the hopper, and the purified gas is discharged upward from the inner cylinder.
