1) The filter cartridge utilizes imported polyester fiber as filter media. A layer of ultra-thin, submicron-sized fibers is adhered to regular filter media. The fibers in this adhered layer are tightly packed, resulting in a very small mesh size that traps most submicron dust particles on the filter media surface.
2) The filter media is pleated, increasing the filtration area and making the dust collector more compact.
3) The filter cartridge is compact, minimizing installation and maintenance.
4) Compared to dust collectors of the same size, the filter area is relatively large, the filtration velocity is low, and the resistance is minimal.
5) The dust collector utilizes pulse jet online cleaning. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller, and the user can adjust the cleaning time as needed. Multiple filter cartridges are installed within the dust collector to increase its effective filtration area. When a filter cartridge (pair of filters) meets the cleaning requirements, the jet cleaning system activates, while the remaining filter cartridges operate normally. This achieves effective cleaning without disrupting equipment operation, allowing the dust collector to operate continuously.
