Working Principle
The FU-type buried scraper conveyor operates by rotating a drive sprocket with a transmission mechanism, and a conveyor chain with scrapers. It meshes with the driving sprocket and moves with it; when the material is added from the feed port, the material is subjected to the pulling force in the same direction as the movement brought by the conveyor chain in the machine trough, which increases the internal friction and internal pressure between the materials. When the friction force is greater than the friction force between the material and the machine trough wall, the material moves forward driven by the conveyor chain, and the increased internal pressure ensures the stability of the material layers, forming an overall continuous flow. When the ratio of the material layer height to the machine trough width meets certain conditions, the material flow is stable, and the material speed is approximately equal to the chain speed. At this time, the material can be continuously and stably conveyed and unloaded from the discharge port.
