Structural Principle:
The belt feeder receives material passing on the belt. The load cell under the weighing frame measures the weight of the material on the belt. A digital speed sensor mounted on the tail drum or rotating device continuously measures the feed speed. The pulse output from the speed sensor is proportional to the belt speed. The speed signal, along with the weight signal, is fed into the ZJ-820 belt feeder controller, which generates and displays the accumulated and instantaneous flow rates. The feed controller compares this flow rate with the set flow rate. The controller's output signal controls the speed of the frequency converter to achieve quantitative feeding. Various relevant parameters can be set by the host PC, and the system can be automatically controlled through communication with a PLC.
