Our scale plate conveyors are available in two categories: light and medium. Trough widths range from 400mm to 1200mm, and seven models are available. They offer conveying speeds from 0.05 to 1.6m/s and conveying capacities from 450 to 1750m³/h, meeting various production needs.

    Product Introduction

    Scale plate conveyors are ground conveyors that can transport materials horizontally or inclined. They use plate chains as traction elements, resulting in high strength, efficiency, and reliability. They also feature inclination angles of up to 30° to 35°, a typical bending radius of approximately 3m to 5m, and can handle high-temperature materials (600°C to 700°C).

    Operating Principle
    The BL-type scale Plate conveyor is a flexible, continuous conveying device that utilizes a traction chain as the traction mechanism and a scale hopper as the load-bearing device. During operation, a transmission mechanism drives the sprocket at the head assembly, causing the meshed chain to move forward. Simultaneously, the hopper, mounted on the chain, and its supporting rollers also move forward along the track on the frame. Once material is loaded into the hopper at the inlet, it is conveyed to the outlet as the hopper moves. Gravity and centrifugal force combine to discharge the material from the outlet and allow it to enter the next process.
