Air Chute Conveyor

An air conveying chute is a pneumatic conveying device used to transport dry powdered materials. In the cement industry, air conveying chutes are commonly used to transport cement and raw meal. Chutes are widely used in material conveying because they have no moving parts, are easy to maintain, have good sealing, are silent, operate safely and reliably, consume little power, easily change conveying direction, and can be fed and discharged at multiple points. The main component of the chute is the breathable layer, made of PETS-6 (polyester) synthetic fiber fabric, a new type of breathable material. It offers advantages such as high temperature resistance (up to 150°C), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low moisture absorption, light weight, a smooth surface, and a long service life.
