Cage Crusher

A cage crusher is a type of crushing equipment designed based on the impact crushing principle. It consists of a frame, casing, large and small wheel assemblies, and two electric motors. During operation, one motor drives the large cage in forward rotation, while the other drives the small cage in reverse rotation. Material passes through the hopper and enters the inner wheel frame, where the steel bars repeatedly impact and crush the material, achieving a fine crushing effect. This design results in a simple structure, stable operation, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
